Loyagent™

Loyagent™ is a web application dedicated to the customer service agents of our loyalty program clients. Agents can log-in to the application and book rewards on behalf of their program members. Being a web-based application it's easy to use and allows you to integrate the reward business process into your existing customer service applications. Key functionality features of the application include:

Loyhelp™

Loyhelp™ is an integrated web application that acts as a central help point for all users of the reward platform. The database provides detailed descriptions and screenshots on all platform-related processes and informs users about new platform features and updates. As a result, Loyhelp™ leads to a better user experience for customer service agents and program members.

Loysupport™

Loysupport™ is a role-based application that allows the user to insert changes in a specific format and track the request. The requests are logged real-time, providing complete transparency to their progress. You can pull reports to see the adherence to agreed SLAs although these reports are also regularly provided by the Loylogic team.
