| Description |
With your analytical skills and profound knowledge of the loyalty industry, you will complement our sales team that pursues sales leads globally. You will develop persuasive value propositions for our prospects and will convince the decision makers of our future customers with your precise communication and presentation style as well as your enthusiasm for Loylogic’s reward services.

| Responsibility |
- Analyze strengths and weaknesses of prospects’ loyalty programs
- Prepare, organize and run client workshops with senior management
- Understand and balance the interest of all involved parties of a prospect
- evelop strong value propositions based on Loylogic’s reward solutions using:
- Develop and present Loylogic’s proposals, integrating all required components of our services
- Develop and deliver presentations to senior client executives
- Support executive team during contract negotiations

| Skills |
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Loyalty experience a must and consulting experience a plus
- 5 years of experience mainly in airline, travel, financial services or retail
- Sales personality with the ability to take on a target industry or region (having an existing network of contacts a plus)
- Strong analytical skills (insight development; value proposition definition)
- Ability to distill complex topics into easy understandable presentations
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-starter attitude with ability to connect dots
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; both oral and written
