A few years ago Amazon.com entered the Incentive and Loyalty business… then, a couple months ago, just as quickly as they entered, Amazon announced that they were leaving the incentive industry. Although there’s been a lot of speculation about why, and whether or not they’re really getting out of the business completely, the big question that I’ve heard is, “who will replace Amazon?”
