The Reward Solution
The Reward Solution is based on a modular approach which allows you to deploy rapidly and to tailor its individual features entirely to your specific needs. You can be up and running in 3 to 6 months, offering better reward value, more choice and fun to your program members. And you’ll be building loyalty more effectively.

Solution Design

The project definition phase involves Loylogic gaining a complete understanding of your business goals to enable us to work with you to create a solution that offers maximum strategic and operational fit. In this phase we also progress:

  • Design Module: Defines the look, style and feel, the currencies, languages, and delivery regions of the reward shop. Also close attention to the distribution channels, which might include web, call center, in-flight, kiosk, and other points of contact.
  • Redemption Module: Defines the reward categories and redemption types of the reward shop. Reward categories cover client products and services, packaged travel, shopping, experiences. Redemption types could include auctions, raffles, donations, savings, conversions; the list is not exhaustive.
  • Merchant Module: Defines the reward merchant and brand offering of the reward shop.

Implementation

The critical elements necessary to implement The Reward Solution in a 3 to 6-month timeframe include:

  • Reward web shop creative
  • Integration into client applications
  • Hosting and testing of reward application
  • Operation set-up and (if applicable) training of call center agents

Loylogic manages The Reward Solution from end to end. If it makes business sense, we're also ready to build a local infrastructure to facilitate the running of the reward shop and the required client-team interaction.

Remuneration

We create, implement, run and further develop The Reward Solution against a monthly service fee. We also apply a percentage commission on a reward transaction to cover for credit card fees as well as fraud and currency exchange risks.

For the reward transactions, we recommend our easy-to-manage business model. In line with this model, program sponsors define how much they are ready to pay (invest) per point redeemed and Loylogic will invoice all points redeemed on a monthly basis accordingly. In order to maintain total control over the reward budget, clients have the option of increasing or lowering the defined price per point redeemed, given a 24-hour lead time. Loylogic’s unique business model provides a number of key benefits over the classic incentive house model. As a program sponsor, you benefit from:

  • Maximum control over investment per point redeemed; you can directly steer or change your investment at any time.
  • Total control of reward pricing on the shop: The more you invest, per point redeemed, the cheaper the rewards on the shop.
  • Responsiveness and tactical flexibility, since no commitment is required to any minimum reward orders on the shop. Loylogic’s model is purely performance-based.
  • Easy administration through simple budgeting, accounting and invoicing processes.
  • Universal appeal and relevance; program members are able to select from the latest products on the market and not from overstock merchandise.
