The Loylogic reward platform is a set of applications called Loyrewards™. Except for Loyshop™ - which is dependent on Loymart™ for the dynamic data - each of the other applications can be treated as standalone and can be installed and managed independently.
Applications OverviewEach application serves different program users and roles:
- Loypay ™ is a point-plus-cash payment user interface
- Loyshop™ is used by the program members
- Loymart™ is used by client staff and merchants
- Loyconnect™ is a set of APIs used for interfaces
- Loyagent™ is used by client service agents
- Loyhelp™ is used by client staff and merchants
- Loysupport™ is used by client IT teams
