Loymart™ is the core engine that defines the design and content of the reward shops. It acts as an e-marketplace and is accessible to reward merchants and Loylogic administrators.
Functionality OverviewThe application is the heart and soul of the Loyrewards™ platform. It defines and steers the functionality and content of the other applications, including:
- User Management: Loymart™ is a role-based user management system that allows for creation, update and deletion of users and their roles.
- Content Management: Loymart™ serves as the single point of entry and management for all reward-related content. The content can be entered by authorized users through custom screens or through bulk upload using XML. Each content piece is approved by Loylogic staff.
- Rules Management: Loymart™ is the common platform for all store fronts. The creation of shopping categories/channels, association of products or services with the categories/channels, algorithm parameter and business rules are all managed via configurations in Loymart™.
- Back-Office Functions: Loymart™ is the financial engine managing all accounting entries, processing real-time points and cash trsanactions and generating invoices or reports for program clients and reward merchants.
- Workflow Manager: Loymart™ takes reward merchants, products, pricing details through pre-defined workflows and pushes content to the shops only when approved.
