| Description |
As the Head of Accounting at Loylogic, your key responsibility is to have an accurate picture of Loylogic’s financial situation at all times. You will create budgets, forecasts, manage the end-to-end accounting process and track as well as report actual performance. You will report directly to the COO and work closely with the department heads and Loylogic’s executive management team.

- Annual budgeting and financial planning
- Monthly forecasting, tracking and reporting
- Payroll and employee expense processing
- Audit coordination and government agency reporting
- Client invoicing and follow-up
- Supplier and merchant payments
- Credit Card payment and reconciliation process
- Accounts receivable/payable management
- Financial analysis and modeling

| Skills |
- 2-3 years experience as controller/accounting manager in small/mid-sized organization or relevant experience
- Eidg. Fachausweis: Finanz und Rechnungswesen or equivalent (i.e., CPA) with Swiss GAAP experience
- Strong financial analysis, business case management and end-to-end accounting process skills
- Track record of completing monthly and yearly book close and financial reporting
- Audit experience and knowledge of common accounting software tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Sage) a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Proven presentation skills of financial information
- Self-starter with can-do attitude
- Detail oriented and ability to stay on track of tasks
