| Description |
The Affiliate Manager is responsible for developing and managing Loylogic’s affiliate network. On a day-to-day basis, you will work with aggregators, affiliate marketers and merchants to build Loylogic’s worldwide points/miles accrual network, define exciting marketing campaigns, promotions and sell advertising space. You will negotiate deals and ensure contracts are setup correctly on our platform and will provide content for member communication as well as resolve member accrual questions with IT.

| Responsibility |
- Define affiliate marketing strategy and develop attractive network of accrual merchants worldwide
- Identify/maintain network of aggregators and affiliate marketers
- Continuously negotiate deals and sell advertising space
- Define promotions and marketing campaigns
- Provide accrual content for member communication
- Manage setup of accrual and advertising deals
- Coordinate implementation of promotions and marketing campaigns
- Resolve escalated member/program accrual questions
- Build affiliate network revenue model/projections and drive accrual revenue as well as profitability

| Skills |
- Bachelor degree in business or related area
- 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing
- Strong background in managing aggregators, affiliate marketers as well as merchants with proven track record and responsibility for negotiating deals and driving affiliate marketing revenue
- Self-starter with can-do attitude and winning personality
- Solid organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Negotiation skills and focus on results and profitability
- Good command of Microsoft Office Tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral, written); Other languages a plus
