| Description |
To complement our global sales team, we are looking for an experienced Sales Director with an established network within the European financial industry (payment cards) and profound loyalty experience.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in complex sales, applies a structured sales process and is capable of developing exceptional personal relationships with the decision makers of our future customers.

| Responsibility |
- Develop and execute sales plan
- Develop and manage lead pipeline
- Analyze program needs, strengths and weaknesses
- Prepare, organize and run workshops with prospects
- Develop strong value propositions, proposals incl. financial models
- Lead bid team (IT, Operations, Legal) during RFP/pitch process
- Deliver presentations to prospects' senior executives
- Execute contract negotiations and close deals
- Share status with global sales team on a weekly basis
- Contribute to the development of the solutions portfolio
- Stay on top of market development and trends
- Support client-oriented marketing activities

| Skills |
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- At least 10 years experience in B2B 'complex sales'
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong loyalty experience is a plus
- Strong network in the EU financial industry (i.e., card loyalty programs)
- Network in the travel industry is a plus (i.e., frequent flyer, frequent guest programs)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Precise communication style
- Ability to distill complex topics into understandable presentations
- Good understanding of and enthusiasm for Loylogic’s solutions portfolio
- Self-starter attitude; 'Go the extra mile' mentality
