- Develop and execute Loylogic’s Talent strategy
- Find and attract Talent to fuel growth
- Manage recruiting channels and lead Talent recruiting initiatives
- Hire and maintain best-in-class Talent
- Expand Talent skill base
- Define and manage motivating Talent compensation and benefit schemes
- Assess and improve Talent acquisition and management processes

| Skills |
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- 3 to 5 years management experience in talent acquisition/management
- Strong Talent screening and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing self-starter with focus to get things done
- Winning personality with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus)
- Familiarity with loyalty, retail or marketing industry a plus
