| Description |
The Strategic Purchasing Manager is responsible for expanding and managing Loylogic’s merchant network. On a day-to-day basis, you will acquire new merchants and work with existing merchants to set the reward portfolio with the latest products and services, define marketing activities and promotions and follow-up on escalated questions. The ultimate goal is to maximize turnover while providing superior customer service through the merchant network.

- Define local network strategy
- Acquire local merchants
- Drive revenue and profitability by merchant
- Maintain attractive and fresh reward portfolio of products and services
- Define attractive partner promotions, raffles and auctions
- Drive merchant engagement through campaigns and advertising
- Ensure products/services are setup according to commercials
- Provide reward content for member communication
- Resolve escalated merchant fulfilment inquiries

| Skills |
- Bachelor degree in business or related area
- 3 years of purchasing, account management or other relevant experience
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Detail oriented and ability to stay on track of tasks
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Negotiation skills and focus on profitability
- Good command of Microsoft Office Tools
- Self-starter with can-do attitude and winning personality
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Loyalty experience a plus
