Opportunity
In your new role, you report to the Chief Marketing Officer and are responsible for acquiring new loyalty customers (e.g., loyalty companies, loyalty service provider or mobile wallet provider). Leveraging your established loyalty network, you develop and manage a sales pipeline of target customers within our key industries such as payments, insurance, telecom, hotel, airline or retail. Requirements
  • ‘Hunter’ skill
  • Bachelor’s Degree/ MBA in Marketing
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B 'complex sales'
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong loyalty experience; consulting experience is a plus
  • Strong loyalty network in payments, telecom, hotel, airlines
  • Winning personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Precise communication; Excellent in English; Other languages are a plus

Opportunity
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for acquiring a broad range of merchandise and experience providers in the U.S and Canada. These provide products and services that loyalty programme members are able to buy with their loyalty points/miles through an innovative “marketplace” business model.
   
Responsibilities
  • Identify target merchants, brands and products that will appeal to members of our clients loyalty programme.
  • Identify decision makers and build a network of trusted suppliers across multiple merchant categories and types.
  • Approach merchants using the phone and email to pitch the opportunity to work with Loylogic and participate as a loyalty programme partner.
  • Qualify the merchant suitability for partnership and provide the marketing information required for it to evaluate the opportunity.
  • Negotiate favourable commercial terms, namely the discounted price that Loylogic can buy products/services while also ensuring the cost effective fulfilment of orders.
  • Sell-in enhanced promotional advertising opportunities to new and existing merchants.
  • Ensure cost effective fulfilment and first class customer service will be provided by carrying out due diligence with the merchant prior to implementation.

Opportunity
As E-Commerce Marketing Director, you are responsible for driving transactions through Loylogic’s global online shopping solutions. These solutions already deliver an annual transaction volume valued in the tens of millions. Your primary objective will be to generate significant growth by multiplying the existing transaction volume with a robust marketing strategy. Your thought leadership and executional expertise will be applied across the direct response marketing spectrum of merchandising, promotions, acquisition, usage, retention, channel, campaign management, segmentation and building business intelligence. As part of the management team, you are the expert for all direct marketing related topics where consumer communications and attractive content interact. You will lead the Loylogic e-commerce marketing team and ensure that our marketing services are industry leading.
   
Responsibilities
  • Build, develop and execute Loylogic’s e-commerce marketing strategy
  • Commercial ownership of e-commerce transaction volumes and revenues along with the e-commerce sales director
  • Functional responsibility for consumer marketing and client program performance management
  • Hire and inspire a best-in-class team
  • Apply leading merchandising practices to our hosted web sites and mobile applications
  • Deliver impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate global online shopping and payment trends to support winning product development, marketing techniques and consumer relevance

  • Expert in email as well as web-based marketing and performance measurement; experience with mobile and social marketing
  • Expert in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing plans

Opportunity
In your new role, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and are responsible for market research and for generating sales leads (e.g., loyalty companies, loyalty service providers or mobile wallet providers). Using your strong analytical and diverse communication skills, you will identify sales targets within a defined industry, connect with the key contacts and successfully turn them into qualified sales leads. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing global B2B marketing campaigns across multiple loyalty marketing and social media channels. By organizing events and conferences, creating press releases and sharing relevant content through social networks, you will help expand the Loylogic brand. Responsibilities
  • Sales-related (primary role):
    • Research prospects across defined industries and/ or regions
    • Identify key players matching the defined target company profile
    • Develop industry-focused value propositions together with sales team
    •  Get in touch and create interest with key contacts within a target company
    • Maintain an updated and relevant sales information library
    • Report progress via the sales management/ CRM tool
  • Marketing-related (secondary role):
    • Write, coordinate and distribute press releases
    • Organize participation at events and conferences
    • Share industry-relevant content via social channels
    • Assemble and distribute company newsletter
    • Secure that the corporate website is updated
    • Update and organize sales materials
   
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

Opportunity
As the QA Engineer, you will responsible for functional testing Loylogic’s loyalty earn and burn solutions/features. You will work closely with development team, business team to derive the requirements and prepare test cases and execute the same.
   
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with development team, business to gather the requirements.
  • Understand and analyze the requirements, and prepare test cases/scripts for same.
  • Responsible for functional and regression testing of the new solutions/features in the products.
  • Work closely with development team to resolve the defects and release for acceptance testing/production.

   
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in testing, should be aware of testing life cycle/different phases of testing
  • Testing experience on web based application/product (J2EE, Web Services, and Oracle etc.)
  • Working experience on any test management, defect tracking and configuration management tool.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of web servers and application servers and deployment process will be plus
  • Knowledge of Java/J2ee programming fundamentals and web services testing will be plus

Opportunity
As a Loylogic business analyst you will be the face of business in front of the IT team. You will work very closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders and have direct responsibility for successful implementation of business needs.
