Challenge
African Bank involved Loylogic in a project to launch a truly unique loyalty program in South Africa. The bank wanted to leverage their Audacious brand identity and make a real difference in the communities they serve.
Solution
Loylogic, in collaboration with Pinnacle Rewards, designed a loyalty program to meet the needs of accessibility, inclusivity, and measurability. Members are incentivized for positive financial behaviour, such as customers improving their credit score and continually making payments on time. Members are nudged towards more cost effective and rewarding services, such as earning points on debit card swipes rather than costly ATM withdrawals. Loylogic provided the loyalty commerce platform, a phased roll out and advisory projects to execute the client vision.
