Having already worked in partnership for a number of years, when Royal Jordanian promised their frequent flyers new online services and extra flexibility under its new Royal Club frequent flyer program, the airline once again turned to Loylogic for support.

 

Solution

Through the expanded cooperation with Loylogic, Royal Jordanian delivered on their promise. For the first time, Royal Club members had the opportunity to redeem their miles for commercial products via a new online store and benefit from multiple innovative and engaging redemption opportunities worldwide. The customized global rewards catalogue consisted of over 500 products and 100+ internationally recognized premium brands ranging from the latest high-tech products and fashion accessories to home decor and much more.

Through Loylogic’s Buy & Gift online portal, members were given the option to purchase the needed miles to qualify for the reward of their choice or to gift miles to a friend or relative to qualify for an award.

All of these new features and services enhanced members’ online experience and increased their engagement with the Royal Club, not least because miles are now a currency that can be earned and redeemed through various channels and everyday activities.
