Aon, as one of the biggest global professional services and management consulting firms, wanted to introduce health-focused solutions to its clients that would improve the wellbeing of employees globally. As a result, Aon developed its Well One platform, which is designed to help organizations enhance business performance by improving the health and wellbeing of their workforce. However, the challenge was to incentivize this health-focused behavior.
Solution
Loylogic’s reward store provides incentives for people to adopt healthier lifestyles, as users are able to redeem earned points for products and merchandise. Using this store as a base and working together with one of our INLEAGUE partners – Dacadoo – Loylogic developed a points-based incentive concept and an in-app reward store. This provides Well One’s points redemption experience on a state-of-the-art reward platform, where users can earn points through adopting a sustainable, healthier lifestyle, and redeem them on products from leading brands in the reward store.
