Opportunity

The Lead Software Engineer will have the extraordinary opportunity to contribute with his/ her skills in the design and development of Loylogic's globally innovative E/M-commerce solutions for loyalty points. You will lead the development team.

Responsibilities

• Manage bigger team or multiple small teams
• Technology leadership
• Technology solution design and required PoCs
• Create scalable architecture, frameworks, best practices for such solution
• Interact with Solution Manager to understand and co-build the requirements
• Estimations
• Create Project plans, drive delivery through all stages of development
• Code quality
• Architecture and coding guideline setup and adherence
• Ensure on-time and excellent quality delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• 5+ years of development experience
• Hands on and lead experience in building end to end solutions
• Full SDLC experience
• Skillful in converting business requirements to technical requirements
• Technologies – Java, J2EE, Front end web technologies, Oracle
• Prior experience using the any or all of the following tools/technologies: Struts, Hibernate, Spring, Tomcat, Webservices
• Strong understanding of OOPs, memory management, file I/O, caching, design principles in web application area
• Can create scalable architectures, have excellent knowledge of design principles and managing nonfunctional requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, rapidly changing priorities, and leading junior developers
• Self-starter and problem-solver thinking
