Etisalat, the Emirati-based multinational telecommunications services provider, has a commitment to providing its More Rewards members with the best loyalty program in the industry. As a result, the organization was looking for ways to provide innovative new features to its millions of members.

 

Solution

Following a period of consultation, it was decided that members could benefit from Loylogic’s online Rewards Hub shopping mall solution. Through the integration of Loylogic’s platforms, More Rewards members were able to obtain items from the Loylogic global rewards catalogue using their points or a combination of their points and cash: providing access to hundreds of exciting brands, from travel and shopping to unique experiences and charity donations. The Loylogic earn solutions quickly followed, meaning More Rewards members were empowered to earn points shopping online with their preferred merchants catalogue.
