The Pins Loyalty Program, now integrated into the airBaltic Club, was all about making the travel and shopping experience for its members more rewarding and convenient. Operating across the Baltics and Finland, the program needed a partner that could seamlessly operate a rewards shop across borders.

 

Solution

Following thorough research, Loylogic was selected as the supplier of the PINS rewards shop, enabling program members to collect and spend one common loyalty currency at the region’s largest travel companies and retailers. As the supplier of the reward shop, Loylogic needed to find a solution that provided attractive rewards for users with diverse demographics and regions, incentivizing use of the program. The delivery of this successfully led to PINS building to the point where it had over 2.4 million members, before being integrated into the airBaltic Club.
