MilleMiglia, the Alitalia reward program, was in need of an upgraded reward shop, not least because it was felt within the scheme that the existing reward solution needed to be elevated to provide more incentives that would engage more members and attract more to the program.

Having searched for an alternative, MilleMiglia turned to Loylogic for support in developing an all-new reward platform. The solution was a reward shop that worked across all of the program’s key countries.



Despite a challenging environment requiring a number of legal issues to be navigated, the platform was developed and delivered and grew successfully until the airline was wound down.
